K&N Soft Wash will return and retreat any area necessary to maintain a spot-free absence of dark algae from the client’s roof for a period of 18 months from the original date of cleaning and will do so at no charge to the client.
To maintain your Limited Lifetime Warranty, K&N Soft Wash will return every year, for 12 months (respectively), and retreat any areas of recurring dark algae from the client’s roof and will do so at a rate of 30% of the original price paid by the client, before any discounts, or as otherwise noted on the client's original invoice. K&N Soft Wash will make all final determinations and reserve the right to retreat specific areas or the entire roof to maintain a streak-free appearance.

The client must do their part to prevent the recurrence of dark algae, such as but not limited to: keeping trees trimmed away from the roof structure. K&N Soft Wash will do it’s best to meet the time needs of the client yet reserves the right to retreat at a time convenient to K&N Soft Wash and it’s already a scheduled commitment. K&N Soft Wash will not damage your roof surface or void your manufacturer’s warranty. Should damage occur K&N Soft Wash will properly repair the damaged area(s) or have the area(s) repaired by a qualified contractor.
This warranty does not cover new or replacement roofing not originally treated by K&N Soft Wash, areas under or around roof-mounted apparatus, Acts of God or others that would be considered beyond the reasonable intentions of this warranty. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep the roof free of debris, as well as tree limbs trimmed away at least ten feet from the surface of the roof.

This spot-free limited warranty is transferable upon the sale of the property and is limited to the areas of the roof originally cleaned by K&N Soft Wash. 

This warranty is subject to economic changes. K&N Soft Wash reserves the right to increase our rate but should give an 18-month notice to the client.
